I found Nexus Family Chiropractic via Instagram. I watched a video and learned about Dr. Daniel’s approach and I found it mind blowing. I had no idea that care like this existed. However, I was still a skeptic because it all sounded too good to be true. I followed their IG account for about 6 months and diligently watched his videos, checked reviews, and read his blogs. It was almost like I was looking for a valid excuse to keep me from visiting because, again, everything just seemed & sounded too good to be true. Meeting with him and learning more about his process & treatment was incredible and truly an eye opening experience. He put together a plan that was tailored to my needs and specific goals — I was also newly pregnant at the time so he made sure he educated me on how chiropractic care could impact my pregnancy and ultimately labor (when the time comes). I decided to sign up and take a chance and make the investment on something that could help me change my life. And I really mean it when I say that I feel like my life has changed for the better since starting chiropractic care with Dr. Daniel.

Let’s start with I’m a skeptic about pretty much everything. Simply because EVERYONE has a thing their selling, and everyone claims to be the “best”.
I came to Nexus because my shoulder was a WRECK. I was having sharp pains when surfing, doing computer work, or at my job. While working my shoulder and neck area would get SO tense and tight I’d have to stop to stretch, just for it to happen again. All I needed was an adjustment, or so I thought.
What I came to learn was the:
- pain in my shoulder (tendinitis)
- my MASSIVE cravings for sugar
- the kidney stone I’d had 6 months ago
- this weird head tilt I kept doing
- along with MANY other signs (at this point I feel like I should just release my medical records because it’s FASCINATING)
…were all attributed to one thing, STRESS.
Dr. Daniel set me up on a six month plan to not only heal what’s been “broken” (I’m REALLY dumbing down his words), but to also rewire my brain to learn how to HANDLE stress better.
Like I said, I’m a skeptic.
I’m currently one month in and here is what I’ve noticed.
- My sleep is something to be envied.
- I do not crave sugar… AT ALL.
- The pain I felt while working is 100% gone.
- I’m MUCH more aware of my body and things I do when stress levels are high, so I can correct it faster

Nexus Family Chiropractic is amazing!! I initially went in for back pain and Dr. Daniel was able to help my body fully heal rather than mask the pain like previous chiropractors I’ve been to. The best part is that he makes adjustments without popping and cracking. Not only that, I ended up gaining so much more due his technique of retraining the brain and body to not be in a constant state of stress. I have better concentration, more energy, better flexibility, and have even taken my surfing to a completely different level.
I know it sounds crazy and I didn’t fully believe it at first, but having experienced it first hand I can’t believe I never did this sooner. Because of my results, I’ve brought my whole family in to get adjusted and they’ve also experienced improvements. My daughter had issues with anxiety and after getting regular adjustments, the anxiety has dramatically reduced. It’s absolutely incredible!!

Dr. Daniel and the team at Nexus Family Chiropractic are sincerely dedicated to their patients' health and well-being. This is my first experience with chiropractic care, and while I don't have underlying health issues, I was seeking an alternative way to deal with anxiety and everyday stress, as well as improve my mobility after a lingering hamstring injury.

When I started my journey with Nexus Family Chiropractic, I was 27 weeks pregnant with my second child. From being able to experience two pregnancies, one with no prenatal chiropractic care and the other with, there was a huge difference in my emotional and physical healing with Nexus Chiropractic prenatal care. I suffered from postpartum depression after I had my first child and wanted to have a proactive approach with my second baby in regards to taking care of myself and healing. My healing time this time around with out a doubt was faster and more tolerable because of my care with Dr. Daniel.

My journey with Nexus has been amazing! When I first started I was a little unsure what to expect and if getting adjusted would help me because I had no pain but wanted overall wellness.
After just a few sessions I woke up feeling absolutely amazing. Clear headed, focused & had an overwhelming feeling of happiness Iv never felt before.
